Christine Miller, Owner and President, founded Oceans Promotions in 2006 with more than 18 years experience.  Her career began as a purchasing agent for BJ's Wholesale Club before moving into sales.  Being on both sides of the desk, she knows what her clients want in a business partner.  

Oceans Promotions works with clients of all sizes.  From non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies to Government entities, we have the experience to work on projects of any scope. 

Oceans Promotions is certified by the nationally recognized non-profit Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a WBE (Women's Business Enterprise).  We are certified by the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office as a WBE as well.  Oceans Promotions is also a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). These certifications mean that Oceans Promotions has gone through a rigorous and stringent certification process to confirm the business is owned, managed and controlled by a woman or women.
